[Client] AP Quintessence Bug

Hi, I just realized that with the introduction of patch 4.18 I am not able to buy flat AP quintessence any more. Surely, that is a bug.

Here a screenshot. As you can see, when I use the filters 'Quintessences' and 'Abilities', the only ones available are scaling AP, scaling and flat CDR, magic pen and hybrid pen.
