Game disconnecting issue

Last game I got a random disconnect at about 8 minute in game and there was no option to reconnect to it. Whenever i tried i got that window saying "Couldn't reconnect". 20 minutes earlier my friend lost a promo to platinum like that and now he is getting same issue. Are your servers on fire or what?

This is an issue hitting a lot of people, I just "left" two games because of it, and a few people on Reddit reported having the same issue. No official statement yet, of course.

I have a similar issue where when I try to reconnect there is no button and it says "game still in progress..."
