In game freezing

My league is freezing since the last patch and lagging but i have 150 fps . Please fix it i can play like this . I dont want to get banned in the end of the seasson . Just lost ranked because of this .....

Please use proper tags such as [Client] [Gameplay] or [Crash] so it gets tagged for Riot to see. If it is not done this way there is a good chance your post will just get tossed aside and they wont look into your issue.
