Charged twice, and a used Refund

Hey guys, this is the first time I've bought RP. So I decided to try and buy a champ (Lee Sin) and it charged me double! Will someone help me with this? And I had to use a refund token on it because I'm not spending 1,750 RP on Lee Sin. Can I request my refund token back?
