Ranked game has dissapeared from match history and no rewards for winning have been given.

At around 1:30 UTC +1 time on march 14th me and a friend played ranked duoQ. There were extreme lagg problems, as characters were warping around the map for the first 25 minutes of the game and every action was very delayed. The lagg was so bad my character chased an enemy champion into their base, into their fountain, and it took the fountain 2 minutes to kill me. These problems were globally and everyone in the game was having them, so the game progressed with people mutually trying to farm whilst lagging. Eventually the lagg improved and it became playable again and we won the game after quite a struggle, the game took about an additional 25 minutes.

After waiting for game statistics for about an hour I gave up and I exited league. Upon logging in to my account it told me that I had "left the game" and I could reconnect as if the game was still ongoing, even though it ended an hour ago. However, I was unable to and it would just give me a black screen. When I terminated league and started up again it was gone. But then I noticed there was no game in my match history and there had been no reward for winning the game for me or my friend.

I can't really give screen shots or anything because I figured it would get fixed but after 12 hours the game still hasn't appeared in my list and still no reward. My game recording software was also not on at this point because I turned it off because of all the issues, hoping it would improve it even a little bit.

Not sure if there is anything that can be done about this, but I thought it would be best to report this.
