This is Too much

so i was in ranked champion select. and LEAGUE keeps crashing and show these errors and all of a sudden i got stuck in champ select it was already 0 second and my team havent locked in yet.. it stays like that for about 5 minutes and then i try restarting my launcher. once i got in tried to queue up but they ssaid to wait 25 minutes... RIOT you cant just give penalty to players you should fix this! it wasnt meant to happen it was an accident. what kind of community is this! makes league just a pointless game if you get ban for accidentally dodging champ selects or queue's
