blocking in end game chat lobby doesn't mute.

I can only block and mute through settings. If I block using the chat lobby options, the 'blocked' person isn't mute and it is frustrating when you have to read a few extra lines of stupidity from them before you can finally block them in settings.

Note - I do know I have the option to leave lobby as soon as game ends. But sometimes i might like to credit a few players before I go.
