[GAMEPLAY] Sylas Stealing Nidalee Ult has no base damage, amplification, or cooldown reduction

On Sylas, stealing Nidalee ultimate and turning into cougar form, abilities do not function as expected. Pictures linked for each Cougar form ability.

Specifically:

• Takedown has a base damage of 0, 0.00% additional damage for each 1% Health target is missing. For up to 0 (+0 ad) (+0 ap.)

• Pounce has a base damage of 0, and killing a unit in Cougar form reduces Pounce's cooldown to 0 seconds (This is also not true, pounce still has a cooldown when killing a unit.)

• Swipe has a base damage of 0.

To replicate:

1. Steal Nidalee Ultimate.
   

2. Use Nidalee Ultimate and turn into Cougar form.
   

3. Abilities will be as described above.
   

I had this happen during a ranked game, and double checked it in a custom with a bot. Ratios scale correctly, but the effects from the abilities do not.
