Jhin's Runes Doesnt Take Effect In Game
hi. i thnik there is bug on jhin, when i take attack speed runes the base speed attack stays the same 0.63. i tried only in blind pick. thank you!

Troll detected? Jhin doesn't gain AS based off items, it get's translated to extra AD instead.
