Client is disconnecting me from chat and as i went to log in, gets stuck on "Authenticating".

Not entirely sure whats going on right now, but i logged on to LOL and all seemed fine until my chat randomly disconnected and wouldn't allow me to reconnect. So i restarted my computer, then opened league again which stated "you cannot log in since you are offline." So i tried one more time, and here i am. Stuck on the "Authenticating" icon. And literally 5 seconds ago this message popped up : An unexpected error occurred while logging in. Just thought id report this bug just incase no-one else does. hope this gets fixed soon, as im sure it will. BTW, this also happened to my cousin which is why im assuming this is a bug and not just me.
