[GAMEPLAY] Annie Bug - Randomly unable to move or use skills

When you play Annie , sometimes you cant move or use skills for about 2-3 sec. You just randomly stop and can't use any skills in this time. But after 2-3 sec. you use the skills that you wanted to use in this time window. It just feels like a random dc with a combo chain afterwards.

For example, I had a game with predator boots and I saw my enemy going back to lane, I pressed predator and the bug appeared. After 2-3 sec. ,when the bug was over, I just wanted to go back, I'm sure I pressed nothing on my keyboard but my predator activated itself without pressing it.

I never had lag spikes when this bug appeared and my mouse works perfectly.

I'm not sure if this is a Annie bug or a predator bug. But tbh it feels terrible to play because you never know when the bug appears next time.
