'Hextech chest getting' bug

Let us say that you got a chest and you have no more chest are available and you get an S- S or S+ ranking on a champion . When there is another chest available you cant get a chest on that champion you got the S rank because it only writes that you got an S rank, so Riot please fix that.If anyone has experienced or have ideas of an easier explanation, please comment.
