I think my emotes are gliched

So when ever I get emotes from emote token and others things... I says Unlock perm and i did but when i go to select it, it wasnt there... I got the skull crusher emote for Illaoi didnt come up in my emotes select area... Also if u wounder, yes it didnt come up in my emotes in the materials and stuff.
