[CRASH] Watching Replay Results In Bug Splat

Hello all. I have been playing my normal League ranked matches and have come across a moment I would like to record. Like with any highlight, I've downloaded the replay post game and when I click play, the match loads in. I immediately skip to the moment when my highlight happens (A quadra kill playing Darius, I know, not that impressive :p) but shortly after, I get a bug splat. This happens everytime I try to view this match/highlight.

1. Click "Profile" tab.
2. Click the "Match History" tab
3. Scroll over the match you wish to replay.
4. Click the down arrow to download and click the play arrow when ready.
5. Let the match load in.
6. Skip ahead to the desired time stamp in the match.
7. Splat occurs.

I've tried letting it play out to that moment, using the repair tool in client, and rebooting my PC, all to no avail. I have also downloaded the match immediately following that one and tried skipping ahead to a moment within that game, which seemingly plays out fine. So I know this isn't happening with every replay. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I do not want to miss out on keeping this moment, but I also want to keep playing matches. Anyone have any insight on what to do?
