Renekton's second e doesnt not register with Darius's Grab, allowing for a grab without being touche

Darius grab ignores Renekton's second e and allows for grab out of thin air.

How it happens:

  1. Darius needs to be standing facing Renekton
  2. A minion is needed to stand behind Renekton in order to active the second e
  3. If Darius grabs where the initial e had began after Renekton e's away again, Renekton will get pulled back without the axe having made contact
  4. You will see a significant distance between Renekton and Darius's axe

While playing ranked this bug occurred, it may be hard to believe and people are likely to think I'm just upset about being grabbed but on my screen a was completely out of range and was still taken back, this issue occurred only when my first e was in the actual range of the pull, as though the 2nd e wasn't registered.

Unfortunately i don't record so i cannot show you a video of how it occurred nor am i sure that's how you exactly replicate it, but its very concerning considering its something that can give an opponent a huge advantage without players realizing

Darius' grab checks for targets in a cone in front of him at the time of casting and after the cast time pulls them to Darius. This means that if you use any flash/dash like abilities during the cast time you will get pulled. It's a pretty obscure mechanic but pretty sure it's working as intended as Riot never confirmed it as a bug.

There is a huge window in Darius's pull that just is not safe. There is even a video I saw once where all 5 enemies were sitting in the blue buff brush and the other team's Darius was recalling next to it, but right as he was finishing the recall he pulled and all 5 enemies were magically flown across the map into his fountain for a penta kill.

Unless you use the dash WELL before he even presses the button for his pull an Ezreal cannot arcane shift it, Leblanc cannot dash out of it, you can't summoner flash away, etc. It's also pretty useless to wait until after the hook is complete because by that time he will have slowed you with his w. This is actually one of the main reasons Darius is so strong in my opinion: the unreliability of his hook (in regards to the team he is playing against).
