[GAMEPLAY] Graphical bug when player disconnects during surrender vote

After a surrender vote has been started by the allied team, if a player disconnects and proceeds to reconnect, all while the same surrender vote is still active, the dialogue box containing the surrender vote receives a graphical bug that prevents players from seeing how many people voted yes or no.

1- Start a surrender vote. 2- Teammate disconnects. 3- Same teammate reconnects to the game. 4- Graphical bug appears.

As you can see in the following picture, the game clearly states that i have voted yes to the vote, however, the 5-bar information display hasn't been updated with a blue colored bar.
