My League Is Broken Please Help Me

So this happened after the patch glitch that everyone was talking about recently. After the patching issue happened to me I tried reinstalling the game with the Hextech Repair Tool. But, this just made it worse and sometimes when I used the tool it said Chromium Embedded Framework has stopped working. I tried reinstalling many times and completely uninstalling League and reinstalling. I also tried repatching the game using the HRT. Whenever I try to open the game normally or download League it says PVP.net patcher kernel has stopped working. But the LoL app is still on my desktop. When I open it using administrator, it takes me to a page where it shows the new client update, and it begins to update from 0 to 100%. When it finishes I press launch, but it just disappears. I also tried to delete the HRT and now when I try to redownload it, it won't download. Please help me fix my league. Thank you. I will add pictures if needed.
