Client conenction issues

In every queue i get in i either have 1 of 3 problems. 1. I don't even get to accept the queue because it doesn't show up on my screen, causing me to miss the queue, however the queue timer continues on my side and i cant cancel the queue, so i need to restart my league. 2. I get the match found popup, accept it however once i get into champ select either someone on my team or on my own team's champ select timer gets to 0 and their champion doesn't show up, and i literally don't get to act for some reason, so when it gets my turn to pick i literally cant tell or do anything about it because for some reason I don't even get to select or lock in a champion, causing me to dodge the game even though I was literally unable to act in champ select, and finally, even if i manage to accept a queue and somehow ban and select my characters once the timer in champ select reaches 0 i don't get put into loading, and the game starts loading for everyone else, and in this case i need to close the league client and then load in again since i don't get put into champ select. I've reinstalled 3 times and ran hextech repair tool multiple times and it literally does nothing, I've never had this problem before until recently when it suddenly began happening, pls help i am legit unable to even get into a game because of this
