MY CHAMPIONS ARE MISSING

I've been playing for a while and now I've returned. I was playing back in 2012-2015 then couple matches after each year. Last time I played it was about 2018. Anyway I am missing a lot of champions. More than 10 champs are missing. I've tried reinstalling the client and full repair from settings but both didn't resolve the issue. Please return my champs.
