I have been waiting 1 hour for my queue

Im a league of legend player from OCE server, currently I have concern about It’s been a month, I had to wait very long time to find match, actually I couldn’t fins any match. The queue is often stops and I couldn’t play single game for a while. What problem can it be? Computer problem? Network problem? Or server problem? I don’t think any of these reasons are in my problem. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM RIOT
