[GAMEPLAY] Swain Noxious Trap Damage

Sorry, not sure exactly what reproduces this. One of his abilities is showing up as Noxious Trap, but the damage is so low that I'm not sure it could be any one ability for how much he was doing. Only when Noxious Trap showed up did his icon and items disappear. Was playing as Nasus on Howling Abyss, ARAM mode against Swain. For Rioters, the started at 11:30 PM PST or so. People in chat were saying it was just a visual bug, but if that was the case then one of his abilities should have simply been replaced, but all his abilities were showing up fine meaning it was separate damage, or just a niche situation that was causing it. The only item that stood a chance to cause it was Protobelt, but in this specific screenshot he didn't use it and it's still there.
