[CLIENT] Shard not appearing after opened chest

I just had enough key fragments to open a chest. i craft the key and open the chest only for nothing to show up, i click out of the loot section and click back in. No new shards and a chest missing with no keys. i have restarted the client and yet there still is no shard and there is still a missing chest with no keys. I don't know why it happened or how to replicate this glitch all i know is that it happened and i have lost a key and a chest for no reason.i have only had this glitch once
