Garen Q Interaction Bug [Gameplay]

Garen's Q has been bugged for ages now to proc shiv and other similar effects before the actual auto attack comes out. It's never been a particularly pressing issue, but the new itemization for crit items has introduced another bug. Garen with Stormrazor and Shiv should have a guaranteed crit for both an auto attack and the shiv proc, which I confirmed myself in the practice tool. However, adding his Q onto that causes Stormrazor to not force out the shiv crit. This drops about 36 damage minimum, with a maximum of 84 depending on his level, from his combo. It's not major, but it's certainly noticable.

To reproduce for yourself, simply:

1. Pick Garen
2. Buy Stormrazor
3. Buy Statikk Shiv
4. Use your Q on something. You will see the shiv damage come out about a quarter of a second before the auto attack connects, and it seems to only crit if your actual crit chance procs it.

Edit: Further testing shows that the shiv damage will actually NEVER crit on a Q if you have Stormrazor in your inventory. Confirmed once again, by replicating the bug with 100% crit chance. Can be seen here. Regular auto attack interaction can be seen here.
