Champion stuck and Does not respond to keyboard/mouse

There have been several games in a row now where I am helping the jungle clear their buff and right before I go to run to bot lane (as miss fortune) she continues to auto and not respond to anything. it has resulted in two buff steals so far and i dont know why it is happening
