Surrender vote pre 5 minutes 2 nay 2 yay, and the game ends
My oppenents surrenderd 2-2 and the game ended pre 5 mintues? Sidenote (I was playing aatrox, after I leveld W and turned it into damage mode it would not switch into healing mode.)

I believe you mean they did a remake, meaning someone on their team never connected or disconnected very early so the game allowed them to cancel the match.
If there is a premade group, their "nay" votes effectively don't count. The non-premade votes are the ones that matter, unless the remaining from premade vote yes as well.
