[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn's traps have smaller radius than before (maybe intended)

I couldn't find it in the patch notes or the PBE thread, but Caitlyn's traps now have a smaller radius (around 33% maybe) which means its kinda harder to have enemy land onto your trap. Is it intended or not?
