Game Cannot Connect EVERY time the first time.

There is absolutely no way that any firewall or something along those lines are messing with it. Every time I join a game (without fail) It says that league cannot connect to the servers and gives me the choice to retry or cancel.

Retry only increases wait time as it ALWAYS fails.

I have gotten used to cancelling and then closing client then reopening and recollection but I lose valuable time. (Especially in ranked)
