League opens but matches don't. Please help

I had that internet scam saying "you have a virus" show up on me and me being the dumbass i am fell for it. I had to restart my pc but my files stayed intact, I was able to open league of legends and was able to open a match after setting up my new Evelynn build for jungle, but then I tried joining a match and it wouldn't bring my match up but instead just had a button that said "reconnect". I click reconnect over and over and nothing happens just back to the reconnect button. even shut off the game and reopened it and it lead me right back. I am lost AF right now, what do i do?
