I hit diamond 5 but I dint receive ant season reward, not even rank armor

Rewards may still be getting distributed, as it's supposed to be finished by Dec. 12th. Also make sure you're eligible, having Honor 2+ when the season ended (or if you weren't and only got a chat restriction, reaching Honor 2 by Feb. 11th), and of course not having received an MMR Boosting ban at any point in the season.
If you were below Honor 2 when the season ended on November 12, 2018, you were not eligible for end-of-season rewards. Luckily, if you only received a chat restriction during the season, you can reach Honor 2 by February 11, 2019 in order to be re-eligible for rewards. This does not count if you were below Honor 2 because of a 14-day suspension or with more severe punishments. This also does not count if you received your punishment after the end of the season.
In case you were Honor 2 when the season ended, you may need to wait a bit longer as rewards are still being shipped out. You can send a Support Ticket to Riot Support in case you do not receive your rewards by January 2019.
Rank armor will be distributed at the start of Season 9 on January 24, 2019.
