Not allowed to remake in ranked game despite one of our teammates being afk

Our Vladimir was afk from the start of the game and didn't reconnect till about 8 mins into the game. Despite this the game refused to let us remake and the game continued as normal. I lost 18 lp because of this can you look into it and get back to me thanks. This was in my most recent game i play as elise if that helps out.
