Still can't play league in 4K because of mouse down-sizing (since 2017)

This is pretty insane that this problem has been going on for more than 4+ years with mods saying both its in the works, it's not in the works, and this is a problem that affects most of our 4k consumers, and this is a problem that affects a small portion of our 4k consumers.

How hard is it to implement an if/or statement or a checkbox to double or triple the values of the cursor size when gaming in 4k?

I want to give you my money and play league, in 4k. Period.

Upon further inspection this has been since 2015/2016, not 2017.
