Windows Boarderless issues

Hey,

I have been playing league for years, never had problems. I recently thought it's be a smart idea (it wasn't) to use Nvidia Geforce to optomize my games. TERRIBLE idea. I did that and boarderless mode sucks now, I get terrible FPS rates. I tried to revert changes but no fix. I restored to default in the game and it fixed the FPS issues for Fullscreen but still getting terrible FPS on boarderless. Any ideas? No the GPU can handle boarderless mode, it did it before I optomized my game foolishly...

I hope someone has the fix so if anyone else did what I did they can find a fix through here.
