Not receiving wins for my promotion series

I entered into my series and the proceeded to win one game, then lose, then win. This should have put me into the next bracket for ranked but then when I got done with the game I didn't get a message saying I won my series. When I looked at my wins it still showed me as only having the one win in my series. please contact me to help me fix my problems of being stuck in my promos.
