Paid For RP And Did Not Get RP

I just paid 20$ for RP and it showed up in my bank account information, but I was not given RP. Can I please get a refund or my 20$ worth of RP? I have the screen shot of the purchase. Please don't rip me off Riot.

i would contact riot support which can be found on the top right of the page with the information rather than posting it here. Good luck with getting your rp :)
