Disconnected from chat during queue

This has happened multiple times and continuously causes me to dodge champ select and lose my LP. I can select the champ that i am going to play, but often when it is my turn to lock in i press lock in and the button turns grey. This leads to me not being able to lock in, and then a pop up saying unable to reconnect try again in [count down timer] It will not let me lock in leading to me dodging the game. I am not sure the cause of this or how to fix it, i have googled this error many times with no luck. After i wait the 5 minute penalty for leaving the queue, i am able to join another, sometimes with the same issue. Anything helps!
