[GAMEPLAY] Quinn's ult bugged

Was playing a game with quinn. Used my ult, went into valour, and then used my ult again, to try get back to quinn. The ult arrow animation went off but I stayed as valour. I had to play the rest of the game as valour as my ult timer was stuck on 118 and not counting down, everything was buggy as (still had valour target people and it shot the ranged shot but I had to be within melee range). I died and it didn't reset anything, still valour. I couldn't add any points to my ult (stayed at the 2/3 points). Nothing seemed to reset the ult. I am using the pheonix quinn skin

I haven't tried to replicate it as playing valour all game was fairly lame.

I believe this has something to do with the tahm ult.
