Vayne Dragonslayer chroma pack not being shown

Been to player support twice and they basically told me they would be unable to do anything, and just to mention it on the forums. They were able to re-enable it on my account but after one game it went back to the same issue. No matter what game mode, I cannot choose to alter the color of the skin. It has been this way since its release and its rather frustrating that i cannot use it. I usually play her frequently when I get the adc role.
