Ziggs Arcanist Ziggs Q explosion is invisible

Arcanist Ziggs Q animation is has no explosion animation as well as what ive seen the classic sometimes has no animations for the bombs on q or E, I have screenshots for the last bounce on ziggs Q and multiple of what the animation looks like on detonation(that's the blue mist) as for classic the same occurs but theres no bomb texture and only the red particles that surround the bomb. ive tried repairing the client doing a fresh reinstall and even a computer factory reset so im guessing its a bug? Havent had confirmation if others can see it but this it might be specific to the ziggs player, unsure however. Would appreciate it if you look into this, thanks!
