We started the second game of clash and we couldnt play it.

So we won our first game , picked our champions for the second then we were stuck in preparing for battle 0 seconds. We waited a lot of time and then we reopened the client to see if it works , and its like we didnt play the second match at all. We are 1-0 , but we got an orb for second place. Why do we get second place rewards when we didnt get to play the final ??? At least give me the damn first place orb if i get bugged out of your gamemode that took 1 year to set up... But honestly i've been part of like 3-4 clashes including this one , and in 3 we didnt even get to play after waiting so long, honestly i should get something like first place 8 team bracket rewards at least.
