[Gameplay] Kleptomancy Skill Point stuck at level 18

If you are at level 18 and trigger Kleptomancy with a full inventory, there's a chance that you get a skill point elixir. However, you can't spend it, and the 4 blank level up arrows on top of your abilities are stuck there for the rest of the game

Repro:

Take Kleptomancy (I did it on Ezreal, might be required but I doubt it) Be level 18 Have a full inventory Trigger Kleptomancy a lot

You will automatically consume all of the random consumables, and eventually get an unspendable skill point
