[GAMEPLAY] Rammus 2 fast

When playing a game as lulu I was unfortunate enough to face a ramus. However during this unsettling time I believe I encountered a bug. When I had used my w polymorph(I think) Rammus had used his q but my w did not cancel his q and I was hit with it while he was a squirrel. I couldn't find any emails that would reach Riot in any other way besides this one so I apologize for that.

This is one of those weird interactions that's weird but kinda makes sense.

You're not debuffing him, not removing the powerball state. Just because you're visually making him different, you're basically stopping him from using new abilities or autos.

If rammus is silenced, he stays in powerball if he started the silence in it. It looks weird and janky, but it's intended.
