My league client won't update properly

So the thing is here that I started updating my league client for 5.15 and the update process went smoothly until I had reached 33%. This had happened on multiple patches before but this time the amount of "files scanned" seemed too high to be reasonable. When it happened before the number of files scanned kept going up until it just popped and the launch button appeared. Any suggestions?

I have had the same problem for the last 3 patches, except when it happens to me, I hit 99% the first time, nothing happens, then I close launcher, reopen it and then I'm at 33% and files scanned reaches 10,000+. I hate this bug
