[GAMEPLAY] xerath's ultimate range indicator doesn't match its actual range

Before entering Xerath's ultimate, I look at the range indicator to make sure I'm in range. The indicator clearly shows the enemy is within the range. Then when activating the ultimate, the range shortens significantly meaning I can not kill the enemy. This can be very frustrating when ganking lanes, as I look like an idiot as bot lane laugh and walk away :( sad
