[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs' knock up bug/weird interaction.

[GAMEPLAY] Animation/Skill shot for Brand's Q plays passes through(over?) enemy champ

I think it must be due to being in the air. But it still feels very odd to get the spell off and have no effect. Seems like its the opposite of Trist jump and Blitz grab.

Due to the nature of this interaction I haven't tried to reproduce it and honestly this may be the desired behavior. Just posting here since it felt weird and may be a bug.
