Year in Review OOPSIE

My wife is having issues with her Year in Review, on her client it shows only a black empty screen as if it hasnt loaded in yet, but never does. On the website I enter her summoner name and it just shows a black page with no info about her either..

I know this has been an issue with this feature in the past as well and Riot did fix it eventually last time.. any word on when they might fix it this time around?
