[Client] Bans refuse to load causing dodge

A problem I see maybe 1 time a week is that the timer will hit 0 on the enemy ban timer, "oh they are dodging" I think. Nope. It remains at 0 for them for at least a minute, then if I'm lucky the bans will all catchup in a loud, and terrifying mass of sounds. And if I'm not lucky, it dodges me like usual, I don't dodge, and 100% of my ranked dodges are from this. Its always fun to see the client find everyway possible to take an axe to your face!
