Half of my client is missing?

This is what happened when trying to load up my client four times in a row now. Anything outside of that frame I can't click, so I can't go to my settings or check online friends or accept invites or click to create a game, etcetera.

I'm not sure what's going on. I'm going to try a fresh install after uninstalling, but I'll leave this here so hopefully people who can fix it will be aware that this can apparently happen.

EDIT: Even after a fresh install the problem still persists. Does anyone have any ideas?

I would recommend you submit a Support Ticket to Riot if you have not already done so.

I wish mine looked like that. I can't stand the right side panel and lists that I can't delete or hide.

Its a terrible UI. I want the borders on the client back, too.
