its says my connection issue is failing

every since the 8.16 patch it doesnt load me into my game until 7 minutes in ive deleted everything off my pc to fix this ive got new wifi ive tried redownloading and nothing is working its causing me leavebusters and you can see i dont usually go afk in games i dont know what to do i spent a lot of money and i enjoy playing so i need this fixed now
