CLIENT PLAY BUTTON GLITCH

So, ever since this new client has been released I've always had issues with my play button being unclickable. It sometimes will fix itself after patches, but I would always use the legacy client since I have this issue.. Now that it is gone, how can I fix my play button on the new client?

I've also initiated a full repair in the client settings and that didn't fix this either.

Seems restarting my computer fixes this. But that shouldn't be an issue in the first place this needs to be fixed! It will more than likely happen again after one game.
