PracticeTool Glitch/OnPurpoes?

Ok so i was randomly going on practice tool to train my zed and i took flash ignite of curse than i started weqr these dummies for practice and they cannot be killed there but when they dummy was 100hp i used ignite and it died? so why do dummis die now is this on purpoes riot? or glitch thank you for reading
